Dr. Cecilia Massetti, retired Madera County Superintendent of Schools, and Ginger Latimer, the recipient of the 2025 Crystal Tower Award. Both women were recognized for thier dedication to education and partnerships in Madera County.
Madera County Compact recognizes businesses that have displayed exemplary partnerships with schools in Madera County with the Crystal Tower Award. School districts within the county are encouraged to nominate businesses that have partnered with local schools. Each August a luncheon is held honoring the selected business.
