County Superintendents Coaching County Superintendents
The 21CSLA Regional Academies in Mid-State (Madera), ValCo (Los Angeles), Placer/Sacramento, and Sonoma are teaming up to provide technical support for our County Superintendents through 6-hours of professional learning around leadership coaching. We will focus on questioning using the book, The Coaching Habit, by Michael Bungay Stanier.
The Art of Coaching
New and experienced coaches will gain clarity about Transformational Coaching and its potential to impact schools and organizations, all while growing confidence in their coaching abilities. Administrators will leave with new tools for leading the adults on their teams.
