Information Systems and Technology Services provides support and/or onsite hosting services for the following systems:
Digital Signage System
ISTS administers the Firecast EasyStart software solution to handle all of our ISC center digital signage needs including the display of all conference center meetings and events.
Document Management System
ISTS administers Laserfiche software to handle our document management needs including business process automation, records management, workflow processing and document imaging and archiving.
Data Processing Services
We use a Financial System in order to provide financial and fiscal oversight needs for all schools districts within Madera County including: absence, accounts payable, accounts receivable, budgeting, credentials, general ledger, payroll and position control processing.
Student Information System
ISTS administers Powerschool software to handle all of our student administration and tracking needs including: attendance, discipline, enrollment, grades, immunization and transcript data.
Visitor Management System
ISTS administers EZLobby software to handle all of our employee and visitor tracking needs.
Software Training
ISTS offers staff training opportunities for the following software programs:
