  • Regional System of District and School Support (RSDSS), Region VII

    Regional System of District and School Support (RSDSS) Region VII, is a program authorized by Title I Law and administered by the Madera County Superintendent of Schools.  This program is designed to assist county offices, by building district capacity and providing technical support to district(s) that have school(s) identified for Program Improvement, or at risk of being identified for Program Improvement. RSDSS provides support to district/school(s) in increasing student achievement. Leadership, professional development training and guidance is provided to county offices, districts, schools receiving Title I funds as they plan, implement, and evaluate programs focused on providing opportunities for all students to meet challenging content and performance standards. RSDSS, part of the Statewide System for School Support (S4) provides technical assistance, training, and coaching for low performing schools. 

    RSDSS Region VII serves six counties in the Central Valley:  Fresno, Kings, Madera, Mariposa, Merced, and Tulare.
